It's something in the settings.
But if I recall correctly, you can also hold left click for few seconds until it catches up.

The settings pick Whether she can, and what she says or texts to you.
Click and hold M1 on the game to get her to start it.

i have it so she'll speak but she doesn't, that a bug?

old thread a bit.. but... can it be made where she will speak and you do NOT have to click to "enjoy it" and she can just proceed at her own pace?
