How to get hypnotized

I read a thing about personally getting hypnotized when I started, but after a year, never had it happen. is this a thing? how do I do it?

There is an option that allow Helen to check on you if you stay AFK for a while.
Otherwise, you can just hold the left mouse button, and you should get there in a matter of seconds.

As I haven't launched the game for ages, I won't be able to provide you with an answer.
But, if you checked the second part of my previous reply, you can just keep holding the left mouse button, and it should activate shortly.
