Titnosis power question

What determines the rate of mind damage/WP gain from titnosis? Is it Helen's level, total girl level, some fraction of mouse power, or something else?

Helen's level for the base strength, and a multiplier to that based on how long you've gone without clicking things on the screen that aren't UI/navigation buttons.
