Multiple endings?
I found out the only victory we have now bothered me a lot. Imagine how annoying Civilization might be if time victory is the only way to win the game, so no matter how strong/rich you already are you still have to wait until the game finish itself. I think it will be reasonable to have more victories: just like Crisis in the Kremlin. Here are some ideas I have in mind:

1. time victory, which we already have
2. nuke "victory", which we already have too
3. communism victory, support of people & living standard =100
4. world-revolution victory, China in Comecon or Warsaw Pact+USSR influence > 60 (US should be impossible to win back afterward)
5. "Great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation" (or w/e Xi called), China in its own bloc with influence > 40
6. "Reform and Opening" (or w/e Deng called), China became totally capitalism

Any thoughts?

These endings have been the norm since Ostalgie. I think the current system is fine and we will get adjustments when/if they add more years.

I do think there should be alternate "nuke" outcomes. A special ending if you have the nuclear technology researched, high unity, more world influence than the other powers, etc. Also whether you are nuking the US or the USSR.

There is no "time victory". In fact, if you have a mediocre or bad performance during the game, it will be shown in the ending slides (for example, if your quality of life for China is low and you lost territories, all of that will be mentioned in the ending). You are confusing the game's time limit (after which you can keep playing, but will not get any achievements) with endings.

1. Not a "time victory", but the game ends at at 1st January,1985.
2. Not really a victory either, but a game over screen. And right so - you triggered WWIII, you are a huge loser as is everyone else.
3. Regular conservative/left radical ending with good statistics, already in the game.
4. Already in the game, the US can end up losing the Cold War plus China can join the Comecon and Warsaw Pact, all situations will be mentioned in the endings if so. Also there are variants here - you can for example steal the Comecon/Pact leadership from the USSR, help the USSR win the Cold War, achieve automated economy (and help USSR also achieve automated economy), and so forth.
5. Same as above, China can steal the Comecon/Pact members in the endings with your blocs and even in game during certain conditions (but only Poland, Romania, and Mongolia).
6. The "historical ending" of China, or the liberal one if you chose to go that way.

I borrowed the time victory thing from Civ as an example to describe my idea but seem like it brings more confusion. The time limit is exactly what I'm arguing with: These victories examples are just the conditions of showing the ending slide (the one that congrats you and ask you do you still want to play), where players can still decide to continue with achievements, just like how they did it in Kremlin.

As I know, Ostalgie only has 3 years so that's reasonable to end by the time limit. But this game is almost as long as Kremlin without anyway to end earlier. Not saying that the later part of the game is not fun enough to let me finish it, but adding something that tells you're on the right track should be more exciting than just numbers changing until the time limit.

There's also the Liberal ending, where the liberals leading China (which lead to "let 100 flowers bloom" achievement as well if your Premier, CMC, MFA, and all 5 positions in capital, east, south, west, and north are all liberals) that gives your leader nobel prize and various major publications.
