PES 2019 PC X box Joystick Configuration

Hello, does anyone know how to set the controller for the PC version?. I have tried but it didn't work. Everytime i start a match i still have to use the keyboard eventhough i had set the controller in big picture mode. Please need assistance. Thank you.

did u configure ur pad in pes 2019 settings before playing? its in the game location

I chose my gamepad in the PES settings. Only the keyboard worked.
The steam controller did not work as configured in the big picture mode.
In the PES settings, I switched the gamepad to the default position (xinput) and did not select the gamepad, did not configure it.
Thus, Steam determined my gamepad according to the settings of the big picture.
