I have answered your queries on this subject in this thread just now, but to repeat the information here in case it could be helpful to anyone else - you can find the full list of supported peripherals for all versions of the game in this support article[www.ubisoft.com].
If using an official DualShock 4 (PS4) controller, or an official Xbox One controller, you should find that you can use the respective physical mounts and toys from the physical versions of the game for those platforms. The Arwing ship and Fox McCloud pilot from the Nintendo Switch version of the game will not work however, as these are exclusively for use on the Nintendo Switch, with the Nintendo Switch mount.
