Game freezes

Hello... Wonder if you could possibly help me... My game freezes at the screen where it tells you how long you have to pick the customer up.... For some reason it wont let me click on continue... Ive tryed validating the game and my graphic card drivers are all up to date... Any help would be much appreciated :)...

Expand the Game with DLCs

Please add new cites map DLCs for Europe and America to the Game. I would like to pay for them and drive in new cities. Thank You.

Need to be able to configure controls

My attempt at trying to start this game was very short lived! Need to be ablet to configure the controls as the ones in place are not what I want as a player.
