Report a translation problem
During the tutorial where it prompts you to use the right mouse button, try holding down the right mouse button and moving it. The top right of the screen should show you progress as you complete the tutorial. Please let me know if this was the issue. :)

Also tried to uninstall and reinstall the game without any results.

No, I am using a usual Desktop PC with Windows 10 64bit.
And in case it might be a problem with my Mouse and the drivers: Logitech G700s on Logitech Gaming Software 8.96.81
Both ways now work now for me, mouse rotation and Q/E button.

BTW, I would be happy if I can have any key for make my camera go straight. I am trying to my camera like... how can I say... 0 digrees horizontal? by Q and E, but it is too difficult
