Map Editor Help

So, I never used the Map editor in CS1 because there were always such beautiful maps readily available I never felt the need to. But, the same can't really be said for CS2 yet, so I decided I was going to make a map. I have everything completed except for

Outside power connection (Actually, I have the outside power, but I can't figure out how to run the power closer to the starting squares from the border).

Outside Plane Connection (Cannot for the life of me find this)

Outside Train Connection (I think I just need to run tracks as I did with the highway, but just want to confirm).

And something I don't see as a requirement, but I would like to add, is outside shipping connection/shipping path.

Can anyone help me out with some semi-detailed instructions?

Just an Update, I was able to find the outside Airline connection, outside shipping line connection, and outside electricity connection.

HOWEVER, even though I cal place an outside electricity connection, I cannot seem to lay down High Voltage Power Lines, I can individually place models, but they have no lines on them. The tool that exists in the playable game is not available within the Map Editor, unless I am missing something somewhere.

Can anyone help?

Try typing in "High Voltage" in the search field in the editor. You will see one pop up with an icon of what it looks like. There are several. It sounds like you selected the resource, but not the proper line itself with the icon hear it.. Hope it works!

Heh, thanks, I can't believe it was that easy... I searched for power, telephone, electricity, etc, and couldn't find what I needed under any of them. Finally searched outside, and it gave me just a little circle to lay down on the border... LOL... I didn't even think to search "High Voltage" because I wasn't sure if that's what they were called or not... You're a life saver
