3rd Necklace Piece?

Seriously loosing it. I have 15 million tech points and a craft hut full still waiting for the 3rd necklace piece! Some sites say craft a butterfly, did that, some say "enlighten" ppl (how do you do that?) some say you will get it from a crate, or a crack. WHEN! It's been 3 weeks! That's all i need to go to Chapter 2 - all my tech's are maxed (like i said i've accumulated 15M waiting) and all my puzzles are done, except for the last two - complete the yellow statue and the kracken. HELP ME please. :-) I even went and changed my ppl to purple clothes and purple skills...nothing.

Are you sure it isn't already in the wall of cubbies to the right of the oven? I think I randomly dragged one of my villagers over there and was surprised when it picked up the necklace. I played this on my PC through the Big Fish site (which is slightly different--this version seems to be updated and offers more). Hope this helps somewhat. I know it doesn't completely answer your question.

I have been waiting for over 6 MONTHS for the third piece, if you figure it out PLEASE let me know. I am also at the point where I cannot advance until I have that!!

Also, make sure you are having villagers bring ropes to the cracks that appear in the ground. The missing piece may be located in there and randomly found by villagers. Again, this is just a guess--I'm not sure when/where my third piece showed up, but that is a definite possibility.

Just an idea, but maybe if you "verify game files" (In steam, right click game go to Properties/ Local Files/ verify game files) Six months is a long time. You have the patience of a saint! I've only been playing for a week, and I'm waiting to finish the Yellow statue. I bought the femur and it was well worth the 10 bucks. He's already dug up 2 necklace pieces for me.

I have the enlightened villager and I put him on the statue, It says he is "Fixing up the yellow statue" but it never does anything. When I click on the statue when he walks off it still says 2 of 3 parts showing. If I drop another villager on the statue it says "Enlightened Villager Required" ... What am I doing wrong?

I had to make another enlightened villager by dropping them on the drawing boards next to the science station. then drop both of the enlightened villagers on the yellow statue to work together. I made four but was only able to drop three on the statue. The third just stood there as the statue broke open to reveal the next phase and now have the fourth running around the village walking backwards at times. lol
