Why is Mizuki so strong?

I thought it would be revealed that she's a robot or mutant, but in the end we're just meant to accept that a 12-year old girl can jump several feet into the air, knock down a tree with a single kick, and bench-press 200 pounds.

This is an anime game. We have a guy that can run to the speed of light and have super-quick reflexes when he thinks about porn, with a morphing gun à la Judge Dread. We have an AI that can hack 99.9% of computers, make her own decisions, improve her own code. There's a machine allowing people to go inside other people's dreams.
I'm surprised Mizuki is the thing that surprised you the most, even more considering you have a Monokuma icon x)

because it was inherited from mizuki's grandfather as a atavism. In game, mizuki told a lot of unbelievable legend about her grandfather, and developer said "that legend is really happened in this world. not a fairy tale." in interview.

because either anime logic, her being descended by a guy raised by dolphins, or some quirk of chemistry that gives her more adrenaline than an average person.
although neither of the latter are ever explicitly described so its probably the former

Never mind the fact she is that strong, just think for a minute that...

Date sent a 12-year-old girl into a group of thugs with fully automatic rifles to attack them with a pipe like it was normal. If you can get past that, I think all the other anime logic doesn't seem so bizarre.
