(Early Spoiler) How did Date know...
About the contents of the NILE message that Renju sent Mizuki?

I'm still very early, and went right at the first story fork in the flowchart (Day 3: gyoukAI) and in talking to Mizuki at Date's apartment, he knows the contents of the message she received from her dad.

Did I miss finding the evidence of this somehow? Or is this some SHIFT-esque nonsense that devs just didn't even try to draw attention to?

From my very flawed memory: I believe Aiba hacked into NILE’s servers, located the message and relayed it to Date. I remember a line saying that she had started the hacking process but it would take a while to finish since NILE has pretty good security, or something like that. I guess she had finished it by the time Date met back up with Mizuki at his apartment.

I appreciate the comment, but that's not quite it.

Aiba definitely mentions the difficult encryption in place during one of the driving sections on Saturday, but replaying Sunday morning just now the NILE message isn't mentioned anywhere while in the conversation in Boss' office.

Edit: Finally found a reddit thread that talked about it as well, seems to be agreed that it's just a plot hole (or assumed to have happened off camera) for some reason.
