Help with achievement

I'm having trouble with boss mania. Is there a specific time when you need to investigate everything? Do I need to just turn everything grey and that's it or do I need to touch EVERYTHING (for example - clicked on all the shelves even if they're already grey)

I just went back to the first time I'm in her office and made sure to investigate everything until it turns grey. Make sure to check every nook and cranny, some are hidden behind other objects.
