Farming tips

[Damon]

Did you know that miniboss (Banshee) in The Dungeon of Trials 1F is farmable? When you have gained a few levels and can kill her in 1st round so it's worth wasting one or two hours. Only need to save & load to respawn her.

She can drop Priest Robe, Fire Wand and Bushido Blade. But watch for her attack that sometimes reduce your level by one.

Tried killing her a few times and got nothing. How good is the Bushido Blade btw? Wondering if it would be an upgrade over current Dragon Slayer.

Edit: Also for those not wanting to abuse save/load you can grind using Warp and Escape spells pretty quick.

However that weapon list don't seem to cover everything like extra DLC.

you oughta have at least one samurai in your party, good physical dps and i think they can cast some basic spells also? ♥♥♥♥ its been A LONG time since i played wizardry.

I'm waiting to turn a Mage into a Samurai, so likely won't have 1 for another 5 levels or so. Not really having trouble or I could just tithe a Samurai up as a temporary member.

Guys, the best place to farm HATAMOTO seems to be Shiin's 8F, right? I got to kill many of those bastards.

I read that Hatamoto on Deep's 4F is better. More frequent of them.

So farmed Banshee for about 1 hour and got 2 Bushido Blade. One sells for 145000!

Best floor to start farming seriously is probably shiin 4. Lots and lots of endgame viable gear drops there and its easy to clear. Holy maces, odin swords, speed daggers, quality armor and dragon shields too.
Chances are very low though.

All tips is always nice. I plan to fully complete my goal in Deep before finishing Shin since it's main story right? So not doing final floors there until I have done everything.

I believe Deep was the DLC, so you are expected to beat the game and then do Deep as the postgame challenge, but I am not totally sure on this.

Apparently you can go to Deep level 1 at the beginning. So I think can do there before Shin.
