I have just got one Ankh. What are those thing for?

Hey, the game didnt mention exactly what would we need to do to get the rare resources, I've been play for some time now and I cant grasp it. The only way Im able to get it is from the premium currency like the kinder eggs.
What do I need to do for it to drop?

Do damages to mobs. Use your fighters on mobs that drops the item you need. Upgrade your odds of getting rare ressources - although it gets expensive quick.

Well, I left 4 fighters and my autoclick macro on skeletons for 40m+ (one series episode) and didnt get any skulls, I guess my chances of getting it where 1/130.000?!
Kinda unfair.

Finally i found out!

After fdefeating Cthulu the first time, you can use this items to buy extra Click Power and other permanent Buffs (they stay even after visiting a new town)
