Suggestion: Rearrange palette via mouse

Right on the tin, I just want to use my mouse to manually arrange the palette, instead of forcing myself to endure algebra for making my colors to look nice. I'd imagine that for a cluster of colors (a gradient) it'd all have to be smushed/grouped together to make management easier.

ok please at least make this part of when I import a gpl to this, please it's pain to bet on the machine to know where I want my colors.
