SR2 save editor (pls read before VAC banning)

So I've been playing for a while, and I've just found one mission to really wrack my nerves. So basically you're on a motorcycle and you have to chase down and kill a few Ronin on motorcycles before they cross the bridge into the saints hideout, but the thing is the motorcycle handling is just so bad! A subtle tap of the A or B keys send it at a 50 degree angle in a phemto-second which makes the aiming and shooting hard. I've tried jacking a car and either it explodes in the middle of the mision due to to many wall crashes or it's handling is too floaty (like the motorcycles). Handling improvement mods do nothing for me, 100% save files crash the game, so in desperation:
Does anyone know a good SR2 PC save editor?
>Not looking for a PS3, Xbox360, or whatever other console one, PC ONLY!!

I think not considering I've been trying this multiple times. The floaty floppy sorta steering makes it to where you turn about 90 degrees if you take a billionth of a second to push and release the A or D keys. There's no possible way to get used to that.

I had no problem with that mission whatsoever, but then again, I'm using gentlemen of the row...
