quick question about the new saints row game..

hey ya'll,

i was just wondering if the new saints row game goes back to how SR1 and 2 where like or if it sticks with the stupidness that started happening from SR3 and onwards ?

ive always loved SR1 and 2 more because to me they was simply superior to SR3 and onwards,,, i lost interest in SR when it started to get over the top stupid mid way into SR3 and onwards...

so... i was wondering (and hoping) if the new one goes back to the greatness that 1 and 2 had and doesn't have the stupidness 3 and onwards (i.e super human powers, over the top comedy and "jokester johnny gat"

i barely made it 7 mins into the review before deciding..... nope, id get so pissed off with the amount of issues there are...

so ill stick with the superior saints row games which are 1 and 2

Yeah, the reboot is a downgrade in the series. There isn't 10% of activities that SR1 & 2 had.

figured it'd be best to ask here in "2"'s discussions, as the following applies...

thoses of us who own 1+2 have better taste in the SR games,
owners of SR2 know SR2 is the fair better game,
owners of SR2 know dog**** when they see it XD
owners of 1+2 tend to be of the mindset that dont get offended like little snowflakes at the slightest thing :p
owners of SR2 know the "correct bar" that the SR games should be aiming for ^.^

saints row 2022 trys and fails on all aspects to be a nod to what made saints 1,2,3 great but fails on all levels with it modern take & story.

like grrr we are going to be a criminal gang that get this is fighting to pay off...... Student loans!

then Nahualli's motives don't make sense because he tries to do a Benjamin king and take down his empire by helping you only to betray you anyway but doesn't take over the saints or if he wanted his empire back he could have said so. so this rely confused players

then they stole the ending of saints 2

it doesn't make sense the saints motives of becoming a gang & the main story

then people complained about the 100% ending which has no sense of accomplishment as it's them karaoke badly to love shack which is them again ripping off the end of saint row 4 which had them partying to Jordan's this is how we do it. and people complained about how much in game financial is need to archive and unlock this anyway so tbh it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ failed and i won't be buying it till it crashes down to 80% off steam sale

saints row started simply because a bunch of collage students couldn't pay their student loans :O
