The Freezer

Once I 100% the game, I'm thinking of trying to find the Freezer. The only issue is I know that when people find him on console versions of SR2 the game bricks, so I'm wondering if the same will happen on a digital copy or if the game will just crash. I'm assuming I can just clear the cache or reinstall, but I'd like to know just in case.

Feel free to talk about the Freezer just in general.

It's not really a "him" it's a game glitch that renders your character incorrectly and then crashes the game.

What you see isn't an npc, it's a greyed out render of your characters last animation while the games rendering becomes corrupted and then stops functioning. And yes, the glitch can happen on PC as well.

There's not really any reason to bother looking for it, you're just proving that the game has a crash bug.

it also doesnt corrupt anything on pc iirc, the xbox 360 corrupts because its on an older build of saints row for some reason

This bug cannot be repeated on modern hardware, because video card drivers will not allow a broken renderer to fail. Or end the game session.
