Online Mode: No. SR2 used a multiplayer middleware known as "GameSpy" which was shutdown at the end of May 2014.

LAN Mode: LAN play is still available and can be played over internet if a VPN software is used. A guide using RadminVPN is avaiable here. There are many reports that it doesn't work, so YMMV.

Well the online is not working and i havent tried LAN.
