If I didn't understand your question correctly, I apologize. I'll try and help out if I can.
I sort of figured it out when I was finishing off the fight club action. I still don't have all the answers I want though.
What I was asking is that I got a lot of respect, that it filled the bar multiple times, it seemed to me that when I did the brotherhood mission (no active mission) that all my respect sort of reset, preventing me from doing more active missions upon completing a mission not one mission was available to me.
The fight club respect that I earned answered my question, when the respect bar fills up you get an added +1 presumably meaning that's how many missions you can do after another.
It just seemed odd to me that after completing the brotherhood mission, I couldn't access ANY of the missions.
I don't know if failing a mission causes you to lose a saved "respect earned" mission points (I literally have no idea how to word it), and I don't know if some missions take more respect earned mission points.
But no, I wasn't asking about multiple active missions, I was wondering why I couldn't activate any mission, it seems that the brotherhood used up all my mission points and didn't give me one in return (somehow), requiring me to do more actions to fill up my respect bar multiple times.
In the top right corner where your your respect meter mine currently says x4, that means that the respect meter has leveled up 4 times, presumably I think that means I can do 4 missions.
If I don't do a mission and fill my respect meter I'm certain it will x5. Which I'm sure is your "Currency" for missions, at least in Saints Row 2.
If you want nonstop respect play any and all activites (mainly Insurance Fraud) and just keep earning respect. You'll get to a point where you've earned so much respect you can't earn anymore and you also can't spend anymore either. It will be infinite and you can go through the whole story without being inconvienenced by having to build up respect. I'm not sure how much respect you need to build up to get to infinity but I'm sure that the cap is x99 until you go beyond it where you unlock infinite respect.
For how much respect you have you can do the same amount of those missions. Playing story missions will not earn you respect, only activites and diversions will earn you respect. If you want to harvest respect, play Insurance Fraud and get the highest amount of cash. Try going a little beyond what you were intended to get if you can. I remember that earning you a ♥♥♥♥ ton of respect.
