Discord audio issue when playing the game

So, when im in discord with friends, and im playing SR2. The audio in discord goes down so much that i can barely here anyone talking. Its only in this game that it does it, no other game does. When i quit out, the audio levels go back to normal. Anyone have a solution to this?

you need to go on Windows Audio settings, there is an option that when u use a chat ur audio be lower for 50,20 or 80%. Tell me if u did it!

This is the most retarded response possible. There are a million different 'Windows audio settings' in Windows 10. Why would you even leave this response?

i went to the "app volume and device preferences" settings and set the mic and speakers from default to my USB headset. it instantly bumped up the sound by like 50%
