How can I use health items?

I don't know how to use the fast food you can buy in the stores. It is on the screen when the Weapon wheel is active. Also the menue point Help does not explain it. Hope you can help me!

Hold Q(weapon selection) then the corresponding arrow key for the dpad, hold it down then release.

I can just choose a weapon, when i hold down the arrow key. The health item menue shortly blinks blue but nothing happens.
Which key symbolizes the dpad on the keyboard?

If the item blinks blue, you just let go of the arrow key and it consumes it

Thank you. I figure it out. The problem was that I use the arrow keys for moving instead of the WASD keys because I am left-handed and it is easier for me. Is there any chance I can change the both keys so I can use WASD for healing?

you can also uas an abox 360 controller it works pretty good
