You can get it from the Gentlemen of the Row mod, but I am not sure if the cut scenes are included.

here's only the gameplay mission and not the cutscenes, audio tracks and extra content.

so, the vehicles like the Vulture, EDF Scout, Commander and the AB Destroyer won't be obtainable

Yeah, I checked, and only two missions are included not the full six, sadly. I'm actually getting the Xbox 360 version for that very reason.
