[BUG] Can't rename Dogs, and Page 2 Transfers names

I'm in the Sunny Days portion of the game and want to rename dogs. Whenever I try to do it on the dog log, it keeps the names on the dog log but doesn't transfer them to the dogs in the game. Also when I swap pages it just copies names from page one to page two.
If I remove my custom name, the correct name does return.
I'll post here about whether this is an issue in the portion of the game where I get my own shelter

Yes, this is also the case when renaming dogs on Day 3. Dog renaming works in the log but does not transfer to the dog in the game

It seems like the issue is that the dog renaming is simply renaming their position in the system, for example I had a Terrier named Ori, renamed him to 'Blind Forest' and now my Fifth Dog in the dog log (A Setter) is again named 'Blind Forest' , but his name in game is 'Apollo'
