The versions of the game on different platforms are identical and differ only in control (although you can connect the keyboard and mouse to your Android device, and it will be almost the same) and the availability of Steam services in the PC version (for example, in the Steam version more detailed leaderboards).

As far as I know, there is no way to synchronize game purchases in different stores. Besides, the game is not so expensive :)
