"scripts" is an ingame-feature, were not cheating.

how to make it fish once only ?

e1: seems that it applies abilities once per enemy.
fishing to pond is also done once by default.

I don't think you can, as there are no conditions that check whether or not you have already caught something.

That said I only really fish to get the related quest done, so someone else might know more.

self position 1 fish
on the first line should do the trick, they will need to be in the 1st position with fishing pole.
