If you're still unlocking with janitor kills or even trying to passively find an enigmatic shard I recommend leaving warps off.
The bucket and sign drop very similarly to enigmatic fragments. 1 in 500 chance to drop and unaffected by item find so it's just pure chance. The main difference is that only janitors can drop the sign / bucket and only 10k floor bosses can drop the enigmatic fragment.
In both cases, the only way to get them faster is to clear the appropriate levels more often.
For Janitors, I don't recommend anything special other than maybe making sure you always start your runs at a lvl 91 to make sure you get a janitor level right away. Janitors occur often enough that you'll get dozens of them every hour with a good speed run team.
For the 10k bosses it's a bit more of a pain. Considering they only happen once every 3-4 hours for a strong speed run team depending on oddities, it can be much faster to get a fragment by just starting at lvl *9991 and running to level *0001 before ending the run and restarting at *9991 again. It's takes time but still you should get a fragment much much faster than just letting autobattle get you 1 drop attempt every few hours.
In any event, 1 in 500 chance is pretty bad for actively working for it.Bucket and Sign are fast enough just letting autobattle run and I got my fragment by completely ignoring it and letting autobattle run. At the time there was no use for the fragment though so I felt no need to force it.
