Thanks but I'm not specced to make Phantasmal Claw strong enough as an attack so I'll just substitute Eviscerate for it.
In case you're curious my relics are setup like this...
All Class Relics are at 5k each. All Relics that can be maxed out are maxed. Gold Find Relic is at 40k. Mana Relic is at 5k. Hit Points and all three Attack Relics are at 10k a piece. I am currently farming Gold so I can bump Hit Point Relic and all three attack relics to 15k each.
