Enigmatic Fragment Drop Rate

I really want to craft that new Sword of Space and Time weapon becauae I feel it'd be a good weapon to give to the Wizard. Unfortunately in my 104+ Days (in game timer) playing the game I have yet to find one of this ultra rare drop. I've seen people talk about the item several months back. But back then the item didn't have a use yet. It is such an ultra rare drop and I don't know the conditions needed to acquire one. So I now ask, how much Item Find stat does my party need to get one to drop? Uranium Ore is easier to farm though, even if it too is a rare drop.

It's 1/100 chance to drop from Tempered Boss (the boss at every 10k floors). The droprate is not affected by pilfer or IF so don't bother. Easiest way to farm a fragment is to use battle credits and run 10 floors until you get it.

It's going to be a long slog then. Oh well :)

RFE - Addendum:
Got one to drop after my 60th attempt :D

Now I just need to farm 300 Uranium Ores ^_^
