I just got past my first 1k rounds of Boss Rush with a party of three Carpenters spamming Nailed It! and three Nurses healing everyone.

Gear wise everyone is wearing a Radioactive set with a Space Gem for each Shield slot and the Rooster Alarm Accessory to counter Darkest Lord's AoE Sleep Spell.
