Get a party of 6 as soon as possible
Weapons and armor seem secondary to boosting your artifacts and leveling up characters.
Easily level up characters by running quick battles which are "simulated battles" (can only run up to a level you have previously cleared) that take seconds to calculate, but reap all the rewards and some more. These do take an afk point per level cleared though, so you can only run so many levels before you run out of points (think of this as catching up on the time you were asleep). You get 1 point per minute not ingame, or 2 if you watch an ad.
Don't trust the fairy.
Blacksmith only carries a limited amount of crystals used for upgrading, buy as many as you can after every real battle, as quick battles don't refresh his stock.
Abuse the upgrade in the blacksmith allowing you to keep 10/20/30/40/50% of your ingredients every time you enter a new dimension: just buy the max amount of every ingredient in the blacksmith (take 999 blue upgrade stones, you will still have 500 in the next dimension).
The blacksmith's inventory (scaling with lvl) doesn't refresh when you change dimension: just wait for good items and change dimension. In the new dimension sell some stuff (like the 500 blue upgrade stones: 500*45=22,5k gold) and buy rare items
and yeah allways buy blacksmith stocks if you can use them,, "or allways buy if you got the upg to keep X material to next dimension.
This is going to be a stupid question, but... how can I boost my artifacts? So far I can only level up my normal equipment, like weapons and armor.
Well silly sod, have you maybe tried pressing the gold coloured soda-cap with R (Standing for relic) in the upper right on your screen? This is available after you advance to the dimension 2 and onwards. (So by off-chance if you are staying in dimension 1 only for god knows what reason, you naturally would not have any relics to upgrade.)
Thank you, good sir, for explaining. I will now see myself out.
