I cant beat the level 800 boss. with is smite speel and constant meditation use i cant get his hp to zero before i die! whats the best set up to kill quickly?

I am stuck with what to do next. I reached level 100, beat the lord, he said it is going to 'get weird', but instead I can only start the same dungeon at level 1 with the same enemies in the same order. Was I supposed to get access to another area or something? What is the aim of this game?...
