Why the game still in version 1.0.0
many patches released for this game it seems nothing of them implemented to steam the last update 'Patch 1.3.0' so steam version still in 1.0.0 while the last updated game version is 1.3.0
why steam not updating the game? maybe this will fix many of the game problems

Odd. I used my retail key to download the Steam version. The Steam version connects flawlessly to our servers, and they are running the 1.3.0 server. Have you tried connecting to the servers despite what it says the version is?

I can connect to 74.91.112.97 but I'm sure that steam version is no patched to 1.3.0

Pretty sure it is. If it were not, you would not be able to connect, the protocols would be different. The servers are 1.3.0
