Frontlines: Fuel of War

Game doesn't open
Game installs, (and I have verified the game cache), I hit "Play", the word "Running" appears next to the game on the list for a few seconds, and then disappears. I don't get an error message or anything. I just doesn't start.

Did you go thru the guide?

Unfortunately yes. It doesn't seem to have worked.

The PhysX issue has apparently been resolved since the error message doesn't appear anymore. I just click play, the game "runs" and then stops.

I had not played FFOW in a year or so and since I have gone all in with Windows 10 and a new gaming laptop. I tried to run FFOW and got all the problems discribed here and also with Battlefield 2 and MOHA. The issue is with Nvidia Control Console. The Icon is gone from the tray notification area in the latest Nvidia driver for the latest Windows 10 updates. You find it in the Windows 10 Control Panel. Looking in there I found the PHYSX is always attached to the Intel CPU HD530. I used the Nvidia Console PHYSX Configuration and selected CPU. I went to 3D and selected High Perf Graphics Auto default for both games.
