The character creation wasn't bad. I think there were just enough options without going overboard. More variations of the options wouldn't hurt, though (more faces, hair, etc).
I know it's just a demo so I'm not discarding it (and it'll remain on my wishlist), but I went from excited to play to meh. We'll see how it pans out.
Agreed, combat doesn't feel power in each hit at all.
You should be doing polls and getting feedback you can categorize constantly.
I may not be your exact ideal customer but there seems to be some here that are, you've mainly given a generic corporate response here.
If I was you, I'd be asking much more detail about what was good and bad, what could be improved, especially when someone tries the game, doesn't like it but bothers to make a post giving feedback (not just complainint).
Just some food for thought.
I rebound WASD (and QE) to camera control after playing for about 90 seconds. Camera worked fine, the labels on the abilities didn't update though. F1-F4 worked for character selection so 1-8 could be used for skills. Seemed to work okay. 100x better than having to move my hand all the way across the keyboard to control the camera, which is done constantly.
