I can't get the 1st urban legend

Her bracelet is blue but phone won't static. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

which one is the "first"? xD the first one you encounter is on front of the house behind the wall to access it you need to be in act 4 I think

yea, you probably talked to Mona already to unlock them, Mr Gepeng is actually quite hard to position yourself i have to hug the wall and look at it from below and if its not giving me static I slowly go backwards until it does

I found out what I did wrong. I didn't take a picture of the painting when talking to Mono *face palm* Thank you for your help!
