Tau are fun because of their massive ranged attacks, but lack melee. I like Sisters because they are very mobile but you need an aggressive strategy. I've been playing Chaos Marines and they seem fun, but I haven't mastered them yet.
Space Marines are probably the most well rounded but they are boring if you ask me.
On some 3v3 maps, Chaos Defilers can open fire at all 3 enemies from their own HQ. It is very easy to supress your opponents this way, and Dark Eldar cannot counter this until T4 (DE's only other option is scourge, which don't do well against artillery).
In this matchup, Chaos is clearly the better race over Dark Eldar. This is not a good thing and is actually a big flaw; because every game should strive for balance. Unfair advantages do not make for GG's.
Still, if you didn't know this trick you can get destroyed by the Dark Eldar, but yes there are different Races that are better than others. Like the Sisters can be bad if they forget their Faith
For example, IG WREAKS Necrons every day of the week, but Orcs almost Wreak IG just as bad... Sisters of Battle Destory both Orcs and IG, but Necrons Wreak Sisters...
Not to say you cant make it work in every situation, but some races stratagy just hard counter others normal play style.
How about you learn to play before talking bullcrap, its almost exactly the opposite to what you said lol
