Titanium Wars mod - faction elimination
I know the game is tougher with this mod, but I simply cannot muster enough force fast enough to stop the overwhelming swarm of foes I get when I hit a faction home. Am I expected to take a lot of honor guard troops there to have a chance, or play as the Sisters of Battle for their forward base?

You might want to go find whoever made whatever it is you are playing where you got it from as I have no idea what you are talking about.

Generally speaking, yes. This is true in the base game as well.

try to find what of your units are OP, build strong deffence turrets etc dont forget to repair them, then second HQ for more ressourses. Thats the basic build that works pretty mutch for every race. The key is to capture at least 3 lp upgrade them and build deffences, and then to continue to build your eco,

honestly, second base isn't a bad idea. Thanks. I had a ton of waaagh banners last time, that did help but not quite enough.

You should try the Advanced Campaign mod. It's way more balanced.

I don't know about that - the Advanced Campaign Mod is quite outdated (with the last update in 2018) and uses a very old version of the AI Skirmish Mod.

My mistake, I was looking at "Soulstorm Enhanced", not "Soulstorm Advanced". ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
