Mod Manager?

Ok so I LOVE mods, so it's a little annoying when the game manager only allows 1 mod to be active at a time. I was curious if anyone knows of a working mod manager that works for DC and SS that allows multiple mods to be turned on at once. Yes I know there is a simple coding change you can do to just that but I personally do not trust myself in doing so.
I had found a video on youtube named "Dawn of War is not dead" that uses a whole mess of mods but the manager he had used is no longer available. Anything helps so thanks for any replies.

Go to the Ultimate Apocalypse mod page, on the downloads section there's a mod organizer that you can get.

I tried that one and it doesn't combine mods like it claims. It organizes and combines only the ones that are approved by the mod manager, like multiple races and UA itself. So it does its job, but only in the scope of UA, unfortunately.
