Soulstorm Race Unlock

So, I got the Master Collection today, and I tried to play soulstorm, but I can only play with Dark Eldar and Sisters of Battle, even if I can play Dark Crusade no problems and stuff. Any way to fix it please? I'm pretty sure this has been asked before and answered, but I cant make it to work. I've tried starting them all (GOTY (Since it includes Winter Assault), Dark Crusade and SoulStorm) and it still tells me to input the codes (which finds invalid) please anyone can help me?

Yes, install each game and run it once, make a Profile in each where asked.

This should make all races available in Soulstorm multiplayer.

Ohh, the keys are invalid? So you have not bought it on Steam, then?
( I had them off Steam for ages, and I had Dark Crusade and Winter Assault invalid for Steam - the other two redeemed fine, though)

In that case, check the pinned thread for directions on how to get Steam keys - You find the support address and everything there.

Make a few photos of your boxes and CD's, especially the keycodes on the manual / box, and send this to support. Possibly your reciept, if you have bought just recently, though it's not really needed.

You will get your valid keys.

No no no no, I do have it on steam. What I mean is, I've tried using the keys from steam (right-clock, show CD-Key (or however its said in english)), and said they were "invalid". I played a skirmish on GOTY, Dark Crusade and Soulstorm and still doesnt work either.

Well, still sounds like a case for customer support to me, then.

If you bought it from Steam, and Steam says keys are not valid - Contact either SEGA support or Steam support, possibly both.

In this case, I would defininitely start with Steam support, since they sold you those keys, so to speak.

There is actually a utility for generating the required files without installing all the games all you need to do is enter your cd keys and it will take care of the registry entries and unlock the races without wasting disk space. of course this only works if your CD keys are valid

unfortunatly the main download seems to be broken so you will have to download the source and compile it manually .. hey at least with a source code you know its not a virus/keystealer :P

i had the same probleme. was also in the regesry to find out the cd keys....dind work. untill now i waiting for solution. i wrote to the steam support. some one any idea left? (i got latest driver and i tried all above).

I contacted Sega and they did send me the keys for both Dawn of War vanilla and Winter Assault, and curiously for Dark Crusade, which did not have nor asked XD. So yeah, e-mail them and you'll solved the issue (legally).
