i can't see anybodys games i cant host and no1 will join because they cant' see my games, and thus 90% of the player base has left because of this reason.

I'd normally say give it a day or so for a reply but the problems you're having have been around for so long the playerbase made its own set of patches to fix. Google around for soulstorm mods.

The server is not warking properly. You must do a server maintenance for soulstorm/dawn of war games, so the hosted games become visible to everyone. Atleast it used to be so after most of those 5 MB patches, or server maintenance.

We are aware of current issues with this in Soulstorm. We are working on compiling some bug reports and doing what we can. I can't confirm what will be fixed however I will see what I can do.

I think that almost all the players that have even tried multiplayer had these issues with room visibility,mucked up stats and automatch not even functioning most of the time. It really kills the fun of this game's great multiplayer when you can't even find a single room.

Just wanted to confirm that you guys have tried the troubleshooting steps in the pinned post of the discussion board?

I have attached the steps. Let me know if this is something already done.

Can't see any multiplayer games:

Make sure you don't have additional Game Launch Options.
Right click on your Steam game title, and select properties,
Under "General Tab", click on "Set Launch Options", remove any text from here.

Make sure you are on the latest build.
If the game doesn't run after this, then click on UPDATES tab, then under Automatic Update, select, "Always keep this game up to date".

This will never fix the issue, because it is a server side problem. Players were able to see ALL the games until some point - when the server becomes bugged, and hosted games go invisible. After each server maintenance (that brought patches of 5 MB) this invisibility problem was solved for 2 to 4 weeks, this is repeating all the time since steam transition...
