You have to install the expansions separately still. All they did was make it so you get all the expansions with the base game now.
As far as I can tell, the only DoW 2 DLC that wasn't included was the blood one. Which frankly looks so bad you're probably better off without it anyway.
Theyve removed them from my inventory if it wasnt installed?
...go to your library, search Dawn of War, find Soulstorm, install. You literally own Soulstorm, there is a mouse next to your name. There is no new version of Soulstorm. All the Anniversary Edition does, is give everyone all the expansions when they buy base game.
