What is your favorite faction lore wise and why? Mine is the Imperial Guard because they are the most relatable as an Average Joe.

I strongly considered not dignifying this pile of rubbish comment with a response, but no, I'm gonna, if only to get the anger it inspired out of my system. It's funny, there were so many things I wanted to cover. How melee combat is overrated, how there are elements of the Tau army that are ten times as badass as any Imperial melee specialist, how the fan of an army that relies so heavily on artillery, tanks and sneaky snipers does not get to rant about how ranged combat is for the weak and badasses stick to CQC. But in the end, I could look the other way about all of those things - ALL of them - if you just hadn't taken the "joke" (and I use that word loosely) too damn far.

Unlike wine, jokes don't get stronger with age, they just get old. And if you drove that "melee rules, shooting drools" "joke" much further into the ground than you already have, you'd reach the Earth's core. I'm all for a good laugh, but that's not a good laugh. It's a dead horse you won't stop beating. You want me to laugh at something? Get better material.

And that goes for Creed jokes too. First time I saw that meme? Kinda funny. The thousandth time I saw it? Not especially funny. Seeing yet more such jokes after the thousandth "joke" about melee? Agonizingly unfunny. I've made a couple myself, but sometimes you're just not in the mood for such things.

Silly Gue'la. You forget that mostly Ultrasmurfs died, who everyone knows are servants of the sixth Chaos God Matt Ward. Seeing them die makes everything else worth it.

Of course it does. No one likes those fcking smurfs. Not even the Emperor (TTS Reference). But the fact it was mostly smurfs throughout the movie still makes it horrible.
