I got the newest version of UA for soul storm and now i need the 4GB patch where do i find it?

You don't need the patch anymore as it is included in the Dawn of War mod manager. The mod manager should be included with the UA installer but if haven't got it here's a link:

When you open the manager there should be a button named "Toggle LAA". Click on it and it will enable higher RAM utilisation just like the patch. You can also click on it again to deactivate for when you wan't to play vanilla multiplayer. It should tell you if it is active or not.

any LAA applying application works just in case the DOW manager somehow doesn't apply LAA correctly (doubtful but the unification wiki states that they've received instances where it didn't).
