Unification Mod crashing

Hello.
I downloaded and installed the mod following the instructiosn on Moddb. I can load the main menu and then load the mod.

When I try to load into a skirmish it inevitably loads to a certain point then crashed. I don't get an error message. I get a message that says unable to load error message please make sure there is room in your temp folder.

Anyone know how to fix this?

That's a RAM related crash.
