you need to make a good defense and keep the game running the entire night, otherwise you need to defend 1,3,5 times or something idk you cannot get all the wargears after a match but you can get couple

For that you would have to edit campaign race file. Although I'm not sure what good will it do apart from testing.

theirs 1 for 1-3 kill ratio, 1-3-5 defends, 1-3-5 attacks, also killing like 2000 dudes over the game, and for taking your first stronghold maybe
