After 20 years, there's still no fix to allow cheats?

Hi trasher i remember you if you kept the same nickname.

You can allow cheats in the game options.

Otherwise in control panel write cheat codes. Ingame taskbar.

Then there's 3rd party cheats which are not allowed.

-dev or -Dev doesn't work and i have it on the launch settings. And I turn the option on for cheats in the option. The console does come up but when using any cheat it will say, "SigmaWorld::DoCommand - (sender 1001) trying to run a cheat command (I 22) when it's not allowed", something along those line.

From what i read, cheats doesn't work on steam version because for what ever reason(probably the rampant cheating in MP) they decided to patch cheats out. So i was wondering if there was a mod or something to edit in the game files to remove that restriction.

From what I know '-dev' mode won't work with multiplayer games, it can only work in single player.
