The Eldar stronghold has a bug with invincible Eldar structures that won't disappear on the initial attack when the mission starts but it can be done, it's just annoying.
The Necron stronghold mission will crash if you capture any critical point even once after you destroyed all their Monoliths.
The Dark Eldar strongohld mission will crash if you destroy all their cages and their main objective unit might get stuck.
Other than that there's still poor scripting in the missions - they blatantly assume states and conditions instead of actually checking for them to be true. This isn't the fault of UA as it doesn't modify the existing stronghold missions aside from adapting to the new unit values while the scripting stays the same. So this means if you destroy or capture something another way than intended or in another order in some missions the mission might either crash immediately, once a certain timer finishes and then runs into an issue or once you're supposed to win.
Lately there has been a single person trying to get the campaigns integrated into UA (don't know the name) and the team said they're working with him.
I don't really know anymore what files I used to get the campaign working for me but I found this
