Can't select half of the races when using Ultimate Apocalypse
I have all of the Dawn of War games downloaded on the same drive and cannot select most of the races. I am using the NTCore exe, crashes in multiplayer loading without it.

If you have any idea on how I can fix this let me know!

Run each of the other games at least once, then try again.

Tried it already, no luck.

First, you shouldn't be using ntcore for UA, you should be using mod manager to toggle laa on. There's a large button in the middle top of the window that says toggle laa with text below it to indicate if laa is active or not.
Second, look up race unlocker for soulstorm.

The consensus I found was LAA made the game unstable even more in some cases so I decided to stay clear of it. I found running each game and loading into a skirmish worked although Imperial Guard, Tau, and Necrons were still blacked out. I will look into race unlocker, but in hindsight maybe don't come off as a ♥♥♥♥ next time you try to help someone. Thanks though!

NTcore is literally for the same purpose as LAA but doesn't require you to replace the exe. It was just a suggestion for your convenience since it lets you easily turn laa off in case you want to play a mod that doesn't require it or just the base game online.
Not really sure how I came off as a ♥♥♥♥. The developers of the mod themselves constantly recommend mod manager for LAA purposes and one of them is even further developing it.
